About BRYAN KOUMISS

Bryan Koumiss, a true outdoors enthusiast, developed his passion for fishing and the great outdoors while growing up on Lake Pomme de’ Terre. Over the past five years, he has seamlessly translated that love into the competitive realm, crediting his success to invaluable partnerships with Angler’s Port Marine, Phoenix Boats, and Mercury Marine.

Bryan’s competitive spirit has led him to participate in various events, including OMTT’s, Oak Outdoors Elite Series, Major League Fishing BFL’s, and Mo Bass Solo Pros. Throughout these competitions, he has consistently secured top 10 finishes and looks forward to an exciting season ahead, with a particular focus on fishing the BFL series and the hopeful culmination at the All American.

When he’s not navigating the waters in his Phoenix 21PHX or utilizing his skills as a sales manager in the automotive industry, Bryan dedicates time to his most cherished role – being a father to his five-year-old son, Drake. According to Bryan, “One of the greatest privileges and responsibilities of being a parent is ensuring the appreciation of nature for the generations to come.”

In addition to his family commitment, Bryan actively gives back to the angling community. He volunteers with the National Youth Fishing Association, sharing his passion for fishing with the next generation of competitors. Bryan’s dedication to both family and the future of angling makes him a valuable member of the Angler’s Port Marine Pro Staff, embodying the ethos of sportsmanship and conservation in every cast.
