His dedication to excellence is further exemplified by his distinguished military service, retiring from the US Army in 2004 after over 20 years, with a remarkable 14 years served in the 5th Special Forces Group (A) (Green Beret).

Navigating the waters in his trusted Phoenix 21 PHX with a powerful 250 Mercury 4-stroke outboard engine, Frank is not only an accomplished angler but a symbol of resilience and skill. His extensive experience in bass fishing spans various tournaments, showcasing his prowess in competitions across the Southeast and Midwest, including notable series such as US Bassin, Redman, Bass Fishing League (BFL), Ever Start Series, FLW Tour, and B.A.S.S. Tournament Series.
