About Jeff

Jeff joins Angler’s Port Marine as our new Operations Manager, bringing with him over 27 years of experience in international logistics, leadership, structure management, and customer-focused operations. Jeff recently relocated from Lawson to be closer to the lake and pursue his passion for the boating industry with the Angler’s Port Marine team.

Jeff and his wife, Sheri, are surrounded by a large and close-knit family, including three children, eight grandchildren, and BellaBoo — the family’s lovable “wild card” dog who keeps life interesting. Family, integrity, and hard work are values that strongly shape both his personal life and his leadership style.

An avid outdoorsman, Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, fly fishing, and spending time on the water. His enthusiasm for boating and outdoor recreation makes him a natural fit for the culture and customers at Angler’s Port Marine.

Known for his strong commitment to structure, stability, reliability, and customer service, Jeff believes that great operations begin with consistency and respect for both customers and coworkers alike. He is passionate about creating a positive experience for every customer while supporting and leading his team with fairness and accountability.

Jeff’s favorite saying is, “We are what we do,” a mindset that reflects the heart and dedication he brings to his work every day. He believes in giving his all in everything he does and leading by example.
