About Jonathan Pimentel

Based in Dixon, Missouri, U.S. Army retiree John Pimentel found his passion for fishing eight years ago—and he’s been all in ever since. Now a dedicated tournament angler, John has competed in over 30 events, racking up several wins along the way. He currently runs a Phoenix boat, his first from Angler’s Port Marine, where he’s proudly served as a pro staff member for the past two years.

With four boats under his belt and an unwavering focus on bass fishing, John continues to rise in the competitive scene, embodying the values of discipline, hard work, and perseverance.

Off the water, John enjoys hunting and spending quality time with his family—grounded in the same commitment he brings to every cast.
