About MATT MANHART

Matt Manhart came to the Anglers Port Marine team all the way from Bennington, Nebraska. He is a Retired Law enforcement Police Sgt. Of 24 years and retired from the US Army (Active and Reserve). Matt started fishing at the age of 5 years old, fell in love with it, and never looked back. Matt competitively fishes in tournaments such as Nebraska State Fishing Tournament, Joe Bass, and is placed in the top 5 in the N2IT tournament. This is Matt’s 4th boat and his first Phoenix 920 Elite Bass Boat.

When Matt is not fishing, he likes to spend time with his 2 boys Adam 23, and Aaron 18. He also likes to hunt waterfowl, deer, and turkey. Matt enjoys fishing in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and South Dakota. We are proud to have you on the Anglers Port Marine Team.
