About NALON JONES

Nalon Jones, a seasoned angler and esteemed member of Angler’s Port Marine Pro Staff, developed a love for fishing at a tender age, thanks to memorable outings with his Dad and grandparents on farm ponds and creeks. His angling journey took a significant turn in the late ’90s when he commenced his Bass tournament career as a co-angler with Central Pro-Am.

In 2001, Nalon made the leap to the boater side, joining the BFL in the Ozarks division and quickly securing a spot at his first regional championship on Lake Weiss in Alabama. Since then, Nalon has cast his line in multiple prestigious circuits, including the Toyota Series, Bassmasters, MO Bass Solo Pro, Joe Bass, Angler in Action, and OMTT. His prowess on the water is evident through his impressive track record, having qualified for nine BFL regionals and numerous other circuit championships.

Beyond the thrill of competitive angling, Nalon finds joy in his family life. Married with two children and a delightful granddaughter, he brings the same passion and dedication to both his personal and professional pursuits.

In his spare time, Nalon indulges in a variety of outdoor activities, showcasing his love for hunting, fishing, golf, and more. His commitment to the angling community, coupled with a genuine appreciation for the great outdoors, makes Nalon Jones a valued member of the Angler’s Port Marine Pro Staff.
