Meet Rick Johnston, a seasoned angler hailing from Webb City, MO, with an impressive four-decade-long passion for fishing. With a remarkable history that spans over 25 boats, Rick firmly believes that his latest acquisition, the Phoenix 921 Elite II, might just be his best one yet!
Rick’s fishing journey is adorned with numerous achievements, including a notable victory in the challenging BFL Ozark Division, three triumphs at the Ozark Mountain Team Trail, and an Angler of the Year (AOY) title in both OMTT and Anglers In Action tournaments.
A proud ambassador for Angler’s Port Marine, Rick also represents esteemed brands such as Phoenix Boats, Mercury Marine, Bass Boats Technologies, Halo Fishing, Freedom Tackle, Netbait, American Baitworks, and the E3 Ranch & Co.
Beyond his angling prowess, Rick boasts over 30 years of experience as an auto body paint technician. When not immersed in the world of fishing or auto detailing, he cherishes moments spent with his wife Sherri, their family, and friends. Rick is an avid supporter of the E3 Foundation and an enthusiastic dirt late model racing enthusiast, truly embodying a well-rounded and passionate individual.
